David has been one of our most valued servers at Via Reál since April of 2006.  Our favorite thing about David is his consistent, mindful and innovative approach to fine dining service for our guests.  He is always bringing great ideas to the table to improve and expand upon Via Reál's dedication to fabulous food and extraordinay experiences.  

He is also our finest wine connoisseur and has a wealth of information to help you, our guests, make excellent pairings with your choice of entree.  Thank you, David!

David's outside interests: David is blessed with two beautiful daughters and loves to spend as much time as he can with his family.  He also enjoys running and Fantasy Football is a favorite!

Fun fact about David:  David's favorite color is blue, which is absolutely perfect for him - calm, collected, cool, and confident - these are all qualities for which we love David, and some of many reasons why we gave him the Employee of the Year for the front of the house.

Cruz has been with Via Reál for a LONG time - since January 1993.  He knows every painstaking detail about every salad and dessert we create for you, and is a champion at ensuring that what he puts together is a delight to your senses.  Cruz is organized and established and dedicated.  We are so proud to announce him as our back of the house Employee of the Year!

Cruz's outside interests: Cruz likes to hunt - deer hunting to be exact, and he loves to go to Oklahoma for it any chance he can get during season.
