Management
Our Managers are passionate about our guests, our food, and our quality of service. The ability to be resourceful and responsible for exceeding all of Via Reál's guests' expectations, and maintaining our profitability, revenue, and quality goals must be innate. Our Managers organize and coordinate day to day operations, and lead our staff with respect, compassion, and dignity.
A resume, references, and leadership experience in fine dining are required.
Service Staff
Our wait staff goes above and beyond to ensure our guests leave Via Reál happier than when they arrived, and that can only happen with exceptional service.
At least two years of experience in fine dining with references is required.
Bartender
Like our wait staff, our bartenders work together to provide better than expected service to every guest that steps up to our bar.
At least two years of experience in bartending in fine dining with references is required.
Server Assistant
Our server assistants back up our wait staff and bartenders to ensure that nothing gets forgotten, the tables are clean and reset without hesitation, and our guests never wait for a refill of drinks or chips, among many other support duties.
Experience is not required.
Chef
Our Chefs are front-runners in the kitchen, coordinating extremely busy lunches and dinners and private event preparations, managing food and labor costs, creating new and unique specials, and leading a full and knowledgeable staff through preparing our wide array of dishes.
At least two years of culinary leadership experience is required.
Line Cook
Our cooks are the heartbeat of our kitchen. A cook prepares fresh ingredients before every lunch and before every dinner. They are able to churn out a large number of plates in a short amount of time with the guidance our Chefs.
Experience is not required.
Dishwasher
Our dishwashers are an integral part of our operation. We value their ability to clean dishes efficiently, effectively, and carefully as quickly as possible. They are extremely important to us.
Experience is not required.
Laundry
We wash, dry, and press all of our linens in house as they are used throughout each lunch and dinner. Our Laundry person helps us keep our tables crisp and fresh, while also taking special care when using our equipment. This is a critical support position.
