Jesus Olivares, Executive Chef:Because I grew up in Guanajuato, Mexico, I am intimately aware of the customs and cultural tastes in preparing some of the dishes found at Via Reál. Today, I am married and have two beautiful children who love my cooking. I have a profound passion for delicious food. This caters to my desire to create a unique and enjoyable dining occasion that guests will not soon forget. Recently, I married a beautiful woman who is very supportive of my new career at Via Reál. I consider myself one of the luckiest men to have the opportunity to be an integral part of the Management Team here. My hopes are that I will soon be acquainted with many of our loyal guests, and plan to be around to serve their children and grandchildren as well.
